I waited on Alain Whyte

Tonight I was waiting tables at a restaurant in Los Angeles and Alain Whyte came in and was sat in my section. I waited on him and I could barely fill his drinks up because I was shaking pretty bad. I've waited on many celebrities and he is the first person I got nervous around. I'd probably die if Morrissey came in. Anyway, just wanted to say he was incredibly nice, I told him I was a huge fan of his work with Morrissey and signed an autograph for me without me even asking, and not to mention he tips nice as well. Oh, and he also mentioned he's working on new Morrissey material.

Alain is the nicest guy of the Morrissey clan. Did he say any plans of reuniting with Morrissey, besides material? You HAVE to have more information than this!

of course he's nice and offered you an autograph...no one knows who the hell he is. he's only slightly more famous than you or I. next time he comes in tell him to help write an actual good song for the new album.

New material, with Alain?! Thanx Ryan, for the real good news. :)

That might mean that he'll join in the band again. I love his baking vocals.

Im sorry call me a silly sappy fan but, I like my Morrissey "pop"-FOTGTD. Bozs song are quite great themselves but, Alains, just kinda have a diffrent sound to them.
Im glad that he's working with Moz, and am looking forward to ANY new work in the future when all's well.

Morrissey does still live and is based in LA. He has a small house in Malibu in a gated community with 24 hour security with neighbors who don't know who he is or care who he is. Yes, he does have a house in Rome and probably has a couple more houses in other places around the world. The hype about the move out of LA and the USA was just so he wouldn't have fans camp out and wait for him all the time and technically they can't anymore. If you are hanging around LA or So-Cal and you see a guy that looks like Morrissey, it probably is.
