I was on the Gibson Guitars site and came across a blog entry from 4/5/07. I had to investigate when i noticed the title said "Play Me Some Morrisssey".

Pictured is Alain Whyte playing the Nick Valensi (The Strokes) model Epiphone guitar at the Bevery Hills Gibson showroom. According to the blog he's in town doing some sessions for morrissey?

Alain Whyte, who is currently playing with Morrissey, stopped by the Gibson/Baldwin Beverly Hills Showroom to borrow an Epiphone Nick Valensi Riviera P-94 for upcoming Morrissey sessions in LA.

If all of Morrissey's musicians past and present (except The Smiths) were all asked to stand in line and Swallowneck had to de-flower each and every last one of them in order of his personal preference, Alain Whyte would be the last one to receive tender Swallowneck kisses and massages!!!

Alain's apparently very confident about his new songs -- can't wait to hear them!
