Yes, we know it's the day before Big M's birthday, however, come along and for a mere £1, dance in a crazy fashion to music by The Smiths, Morrissey, and related artists (The Polecats, Primitives, Sandie Shaw, The Cookies, The Crystals, The Cramps, Slaughter & The Dogs, Nico & The Invisible Girls, Patti Smith, New York Dolls, Electronic, Red Lightning, Elva Snow, Magazine etc etc etc.)

There will also be competitions: Best Quiff, Best Dancer, Girl Most Resembling An Actress From a Kitchen Sink Film, Knobbly Knees and Glamorous Grannies - you might win a signed copy of the new edition of Mark Simpson's "Saint Morrissey", a signed copy of Phill Gatenby's "Morrissey's Manchester" or, by 'eck, a T-SHIRT!

We have no special guests, unfortunately, as Mark Simpson tells me that owing to local bylaws he's not allowed in Birmingham after dark.
