That is, if we are able to utter the words 'the smiths' in public without Joyce slapping a writ onto it and claiming a percentage.
This is one joke, because he had nothing - NOTHING - at all to do with that band getting where it did, when it did and exactly how it did.
On the side of the good is Morrissey, the founder of The Smiths.
On the other side is the leech that is Joyce.
In the end, whatever you all say in support of the leech, we are all on Morrissey's side here and as another year approaches, I truly hope that honesty, integrity and belief in the right thing to do will win the day for Morrissey through these sad days.
