Found out through the so cal MLS that mozzer's house is listed for sale at $1,995,000. It's on realtor.com for anyone that wants to do some sleuthing, I don't want to be responsible for calls to his realtor! The photos show that he's already all moved out. LA will miss him! ---
someraincoatedlovers sends a link to a similar listing at ziprealty.com. --- An anonymous person also writes:
I saw on another site that Moz's L.A. house is up for sale. Very depressing, I'm crushed. www.sothebysrealty.com search property #0023998 ---
Esteeban also writes: Just to let you know that morrissey is selling his hollywood home, we drove past there today, and there are 2 real estate contact numbers by the gate !!!!

Morrissey Dont leave LA, please please please
this is the closest we've been to you. I know It bothers you when people come by to your home but, its because you mean alot to US, I and many people wanted to LET YOU KNOW THAT WE EXIST!
Many times when we go to one of your CONCERTS only CERTAIN PEOPLE OR THE LUCKY ONES GOT TO MEET YOU. Well at least I admit I wanted you to know that I EXIST. I am 21 years old your music and lyrics, have been very Important to me ever since I was 8 years old.
Since 1998 I never believed that you where living here in LA, so close. Until lot of people started saying that they have met you. Last year I said to myself - Wait a second, I have adored this CHARMING MAN for almost 13 years, and he lives so close, and many people have met him. WHY NOT ME? The Sound of your Music was my companion from ELEMENTRY TO HIGH SCHOOL.
Morrissey from the time I was 8 to 15 years of age, a line in a Doors song was always on my head. "MUSIC IS YOUR ONLY FREIND"
THAT IS WHAT YOUR MUSIC DID FOR ME

Of course, the selfish part of me would love him to move back to England, as the closer he lives, the more chance I have of bumping into him.
However, I hope, for his sake, that he does move somewhere the general public aren't allowed; just think what it's like being wary of stepping outside your front door (and considering the level of fanaticism he inspires, he must have considered the possibility of ending up like Lennon).
Overall, it's a testament to his love of music and his consideration for his fans that he's continued to put up with people hanging around on his doorstep for so long and that he deigns to speak to them. Didn't he once say that he had to move from Manchester because people were banging on the windows at all hours?
For once, could we calm ourselves down, put aside our selfish concerns, and consider that Morrissey is a real person who, from time to time, would appreciate a little privacy.

I wasn't gonna post in this thread because I couldn't care less if Morrissey sells a house.
But why on earth is someone "depressed" and "crushed"? Laughable.
Oh yeah, because the person is a celebrity stalker. I see many of 'em are out in this thread, giving the Morrissey fanbase an embarassing reputation by misrepresenting themselves as interested buyers.
What's even sadder is Morrissey seems to like such pathetic worship.
