Footage from the Move Music Festival was aired tonight on ITV1 and closed with Morrissey performing Everyday Is Like Sunday and Irish Blood, English Heart.

Although only two tracks were shown, Moz was the only one to get more than one song broadcast and he was built up as the programme's main event, being described as a 'legend'.

Quite well shot - it certainly captured the crowd's enthusiasm - but the sound was a bit dodgy, which was true of all the acts shown.

It also captured him saying 'Thankyou Manchester... so much to answer for!' which I hadn't seen reported.

  • This particular programme also featured Moz doing 'I Have Forgiven Jesus' amd on Friday it featured him doing 'First of The Gang To Die'.

  • Stan, if you've taped it run your vid back a bit - there's also 'I Have Forgiven Jesus' earlier in the programme.

  • Actually, Morrissey wasn't the only person to have more than one song on the show. The Pixies had two (Friday night programme). Nyah.
