looks like hes got a straight jacket on..

the hair is disappointing but at least the eyebrows are looking good.

Did anyone notice how much better Morrissey looked in TIOBM after he had his hair cut, but 'before' he decided to quiff it? The quiff must be laid to rest. A stylish short cut would take 7 years off him.
