mike joyce was the drums, not the bass. the writer refers to morrissey living off of the smiths royalties, as if his solo work didn't raise as much cash if not more. and morrissey himself says that he saw and spent time with marr during the initial court case. interesting article, but not much more than a general overview. useful to newcomers.

I've always found the line "I was looking for a job and then I found a job/ and heaven knows I'm miserable now" to be a lot funnier than "What she asked of me at the end of the day/ Caligua would've blushed." To each his own I guess.
