An anonymous person writes:

Due scheduling conflicts and uncontrollable circumstances, the Canadian tour is officially cancelled. Apologies to all who purchased tickets. Refunds will be issued at point of purchase. Further touring may be considered for late winter and early spring of 2003 and Canadian dates may possibly be scheduled.

I was really looking forwarded to seeing him agian in Vancouver. I hope the Mozzer really does come back around, especially for the fans who haven't been out to a show yet this tour.

Why would anyone be surprised that the man is cancelling more shows? He does this all the time! However, it sucks ass that the few dates he ever has in Canada seem to be the ones to drop. UHG!
The nasty thoughts running throgh my mind right now..... Let's just hope us Canucks get some retribution, eh?

Morrissey, I said it before, and I'll say it again.. MONTREAL! A vegetarian delight! WE HAVE BAGELS, damn you! Not those "salty donuts" down where you live.. Get with the program, hoser!

As a Canadian who was also very upset when he cancelled his show, I am sad to be associated with someone who buys into so many American stereotypes. Many Canadians are very sensitive, polite and intelligent, but so are many Americans. Plenty of people South of the Border get Morrissey too. And for your information, the Vancouver dates did not sell out immediately as I managed to purchase tickets well after they had gone on sale.

I am sad that I couldn't go too, but it doesn't make any sense to bash America... Most of the "hickville" towns that Morrissey toured are twice the size of most of the Canadian cities on the tour.

Most Canadians ARE nice people...unfortunately, it seems that we forgot about you
