Moz mentioned on "Snapshots" by guest Judy Mae Murphy, a writer, who said that when she was 13, she saw Moz in Grafton St Dublin, handed him a poem which she had written, and ran away. Moz liked the poem and wrote to her, sending her rare Smiths memorabilia. The initial meeting with Moz was in 1983/84.Their correspondence lasted a few years.She finished her interview by saying that she has only recently given up hope of marrying Moz.

  • She's written a book called That Girl From Happy, just recently published. It's about a girl who has committed suicide. It's fairly good but I think Judy's stories about Morrissey and herself were exaggerations.
