I was surprised to see so many black and hispanic
people there. I've seen him 6 times in concert
and the crowd was 99.9% white. It's good to see
all colors can enjoy his music.

The pictures are great, Morrissey looks SO good in that beige suit behind the red table. You people in LA don't know how lucky you are - I'm stuck in Cincinnati and I'm jealous.

David thank you so much for getting a good picture of me with Morrissey, I don't know how to thank you. I now have these pictures saved for memories of when I met Morrissey it was truly a special and grand night, and now I have these pictures to look at and remember, again David thank you for everything, for taking great pictures of everyone, for this great site and the hard work you put into it.

Note to Moz: We have a very nice Tower and a nice HMV here in Atlanta, plus some great indie stores (Criminal Records, Wax N Facts) that I am sure would welcome you with open arms down here in the South!

I don't know which concerts handsome devil went to but I've been to LA, SF and Santa Barbara concerts , where in SF and SB you had an expected distribution of ethnicities, while in LA at least 3/4 of the audience was Mexican. I went to high school in LA in the early to mid nineties and was, even then, surprised with the percentage of Mexicans (compared to all other ethnicities) who are into Morrissey. And these pictures prove that. This does not mean that anglo americans are dumb...To be truthful the Santa Barbara show had a lot of white Morrissey-look alikes and rockabilly types.
      I guess the reason for writing this is to point out that seeing Mexicans at a Morrissey signing is not "surprising" but very much expected.

Thank you soo much David. You're an angel! I look completely shocked in my picture.. its when I just walked up to morrissey and im gazing at him. Im soo happy i have something to remember this by since my camera was taken away. :-)

I wasn't able to make it to the signing...this was the next best thing. Being able to see the others with the blissful expressions is awe inspiring. Thanks so much for sharing these photos with us. Congrats to all of you that were there. :)

Thanks for the pictures David! I really appreciate you taking them as I'm sure everyone else does also. I'm in album 6 pics 59 & 60, wearing my "Blind Beggar- London" shirt. I was thrilled to hear Morrissey say "Great shirt!" and we proceeded to have a mini-conversation that was over WAY too fast! I knew there wouldn't be cameras allowed and I was OK with that, but to find out that David took pictures and I will have them for posterity means so much! I only wish I would have offered him my shirt. I would have stripped it off in a heartbeat!! :)

Great pictures!!However is anyone having problems enlarging some of them?or is it just me!I've tried to enlarge pa106207 for example and only get half of the picture-the part that does not contain moz!!I don't want an enlargement of the bookshelf,what can i do?

though you've received many thanks, I would just like to express my deepest gratidute to you for the photographs that you took, it means the world to me and to most fans too. I was very upset about not being able to take pictures of morrissey @ the signing, all I had to take with me were memories, but you've kept them alive for all of us!

I can't believe you David. Thank you for taking those pictures of me. I was really shocked though, when I found four pics of me, I really did not believe it. I love the pics. I too, promptly freaked out when I saw my picture on your site(PA170580, PA170581, PA170582). I was very disappointed when I learned that it was not allowed to bring cameras. I could not have asked for anything more. I was only wondering if there was any way that I could get a hold of actual copies of the 3 pictures that I am in. I would pay whatever is needed and more. Please let me know! Thanks again!

MOZ~ Is soooo beautiful... ABSOLUTE PERFECTION... I was at the signing in LA and I was so nervous I couldn't stop shaking. He is so beautiful and up close even more so. He really seemed to enjoy the attention from his fans. I could see it in his soulful eyes. I LOVE YOU MOZ!

My encounter with the great one:

Finally I get my chance... I greet him with a hello and a warm smile.

ME: "How are you tonight?"
MOZ: "I'm doing quite well, thank you."
ME: "I just want to thank you for all you have done."
MOZ: "Why, you are very welcome"
As MOZ signs my DVD...
ME: Gazing at his hand... "How is your hand holding out?"
MOZ: "I can go on all night"
ME: "May I shake your hand?"
MOZ: smiles and nods.   ~   MOZ extends his hand, we shake, and i turned his hand over and gently kiss the back of it. When I looked back up at him... MOZZER looks down to the side in a bashful manner.

The experience was better than sex itself.
