This is a file search engine that finds files on most of the common sharing sites.

File Snatcher (http://www.filesnatcher.com) searches file sharing sites like Rapidshare, Badongo, Mediafire and more.
Search for MP3's, Videos, Software, Movies, Documents and Photos

Note: Software is not that safe to download anonymously. Photos like jpegs can contain viruses. Anything that is zipped might be suspect. It's a good idea to scan anything before you open it.

This is a good search engine for finding music:

http://g2p.org/res/index.html

Just enter what you're looking for in the "You Searched" box and then use the drop down menu in the "Type" box to choose what you're looking for.

Hey,

I don't know if I'm allowed to mention another site on here (please delete this message if I'm not) but, I stumbled on a site called theultimatebootlegexperience.com which is basically what the name suggests.

There a about 20 Morrissey shows you can download, most of them from the past few years, with the others being from the very early 90's.

When you hit 'download', after searching under "Morrissey", the file you're downloading is a .txt file. Once that downloads, open it and, at the top, it will give you the path to download the file from.

There's a lot of Smiths stuff as well.

Hope this is useful to everyone.

James.

Hello,

I would just like to say thank you to everyones who posted on this site it's very useful indeed.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any rapidshre sites that had Moz stuff on.
It's a shame Smithstorrents don't build a rapidshare version.
I would do it myself. Alas, I can just about turn a computer on.

Thanks again

IT CANNOT BE GIVEN AND SO IT MUST BE TAKEN

http://www.4shared.com
Busca archivos, no sólo música.

http://www.onlinevideoconverter.com

Hmm? On a Smiths/Moz site?
Just get your Smiths/Moz bootlegs from http://mozzbozz.vox.com/library/posts/page/2/
They're all still available and they are great and fast to download through megaupload instead of that vile rapidshare! Just scroll down to the bottom on the page and click newer, it brings you onto the Morrissey bootlegs!

Yes, it's on Kewpie's revised post....http://mozzbozz.tumblr.com
The only problem was that some of the gig dates were mixed up and that it didn't give you different bootleg versions. As there may have been 2 or 3 people who recorded that same gig with different recording equipment, so therefore better bootlegs may exist.

A great deal of the links you supplied at the beginning of this thread are either dead, or lead to pages that are dead or are no longer relevant. Perhaps you should do something useful for once, and update your post.

And aren't you against downloading anyway? Didn't you tell everyone that they should be ashamed for downloading the bootleg audio rip from Hollywood Bowl that !Viva Hate! offered here last year, which was IN NO WAY commercially available?

And haven't you, on multiple occasions, out and out DELETED the download links I've supplied for various compilations I've made, under former usenames? Why, you've even implied that downloading music here gives the recipients viruses on their computers, and how you would never take the chance because download links are just gateways to trouble?

Oh wait..I think I understand. You are OK with downloading as long as the files come from users you like. OK, right...I understand. :)

Anyway yeah, fix your thread..."moderator."

Is anyone aware of any online youtube-to-audio source converters that are still functioning? Or has Google nipped them all? davie. i need your help. file sharing sites are more strict these days and i was wonder if you know of a site, sense megaupload is closeed, that everyone can use? it took almost a year to upload all those and i will die if i find a filesharing site, then have it close down again after ive redone everything

Torrents beats filesharing, because it only depends on you.
All of your work can be gone in 5 seconds, and in torrenting you can have the files on your comp sharing with others.

DAVIE
October 25, 2012, 08:39 PM
I heard Filefactory is one of the "very few" filesharing sites still operational. I have downloaded bootlegs from there within the 6 months and everything has run smoothly, but I wouldn't put all my money on it being the most safest and secure filesharing site.

I wouldn't put anything on Mediafire anymore...they like to remove absolutely everything that goes on there now. They strictly monitor everything that passes them, though I'm not entirely sure what their views on bootlegs are...

I am passing on all my stuff to MozRecordings, hopefully that site can get everything up and running again and we can have a full history of gigs and other bits.

Ive only sporadically collected recordings since 2007ish but before that there is quite a bit.

Drifter I can't believe what you went through with the mu closure as I remember well all the efforts back in the day. It was only the other day when I dug out an old hard drive I realised how much stuff there was. I remember uploading some stuff so you could share the history and it was a pain to upload at slow speeds so you had your work cut out. I also have a load of DVD and video stuff that I aim to get organized.

I suppose the important thing for me is that all those who have made the effort over the years with dodgy tape recordings, bazooka like cameras and the like have those efforts recorded. Some recordings are very poor, some are very good, of course time and modern media has made it a piece of cake now. However, being able to listen to a gig you were at is very special, no matter the quality because its part of our history, and even if you were not there and all the recording gives you is a distant Moz over a wild crowd you get something of the wild days they were back then.

Last saw Moz in Manchester this year, the hours before were brilliant as ever, talking, singing in the rain, having a blast. Then we ended up in some good seats at the front of the row and its started...can you sit down, excuse me, we'd like to see too. We're all getting old. Of course I moved along to a livelier section out of respect for other folk, but I had to say to them I am almost 50 and I thought this was still rock n roll and Manchester. 2004 the whole place was standing but time is clearly moving on, so to get all those wild, heady days recorded in any shape or form is good by me.

I'd really like to see a video history put up, although I imagine legal technicalities and no doubt that would be expensive, but it would be a fantastic historical document. I have ton of video material and would be willing to help anyone who fancied that challenge. Back in the day I popped up a view vids as they were not widely available, but I never had the time to even scrape the surface really of all that was available. Some of the footage of the 90s was brilliant, such intense concerts and none of your O2, GMEX, MEN shitty arenas.

Take care, passionate ones.
