or the essential of your budget is for the smiths and morrissey disco?
and if yes, did you put The smiths items before the moz one or the inverse?

i collect other artists too. i'm working on a Magazine record collection at the same time, since Magazine is easier to find than Smiths or Moz stuff in stores in my area. Smiths and Moz definately come first.

Only collect Smiths and Moz these days - in terms of budget Smiths wins over solo (only just tho'!), used to have a small REM/Stone Roses rare stash and similar which i flogged a while back.

Shit! How'd I forget Marshall Crenshaw? I have damn near everything he's ever done, and I even have a concert that I taped. Someday I may upload it here, but judging from the tepid response that my Sinead uploads have gotten, I somehow doubt that MC will fare any better. :tears:

Interesting post! I collect the Sex Pistols and I try Joy Division (since the prices written in record mag, it's more and more difficult). My priority is The Smiths/Moz.

Morrissey & The Smiths is expensive enough, and my love is vinyl singles.

I have been collecting The White Stripes for a year or so now. I have most of their recent releases on cd and vinyl. They are also very expensive to collect. I doubt I will ever be able to afford some of their early stuff. One of their first singles is handpainted by Jack White and can go for anything up to $3000. Recent posters from the last tour are going for up to $800 - way out of my league.

I casually collect T. Rex, Queen, U2, David Bowie and Iron Maiden in addition to Moz.
When I have money, it's spent on one of them hah.
My T. Rex and Moz collections are the largest, but they're quite modest.
i collect other artists too. i'm working on a Magazine record collection at the same time, since Magazine is easier to find than Smiths or Moz stuff in stores in my area. Smiths and Moz definately come first.
Really? I have a hard time finding Magazine here :[
I guess seein as how there's a Magazine tune about your city it would be easier haha.

Nothing much.
But I have a full collection of Bowie albums (The last one being "Scary Monsters" - everything since then is shit). "Low", "Ziggy" and "Heroes" are his best work. Never been into collecting Bowie singles. Just the albums.
