Does anyone have the 6.29.83 live version of this from the "There Is A Light That Never Goes Out" 1992 re-release CD single.

Thanks

No, you can't. Can you stop telling people that commercially-available material is available on drifter's site? You can download a bootleg of that concert here (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=OM83O54A) (wow! a direct link!), but that's not the same as the cleaned-up, commercially-available version from the CD!

Have you ever even looked at drifter's site?

I have the Bootleg version from Tender Hearts Bootleg.
I am looking for that cleaned up version.

Now....I dont want to start a debate, but is it ok to request these types of items?

I do not encourage people to ask commertially available tracks on the forums.

Simply suggested to check drifter's site which has many great bootlegs.

It's frowned on, but people do it anyway, and usually get what they ask for. Asking for anything that's still in print is definitely a no-no, AFAIC, although there are plenty of users here who live in countries where even some in-print items are prohibitively hard to come by, so illicit copies are the only reasonable way for them to get things.

Except that the OP wasn't asking for a bootleg. You really do have the capacity to be helpful sometimes, which makes posts like the one you made above all the more frustrating.

I agree 100 % about not requesting items that are comerically available and I know this has been debated many times on the forums.
I am a person that always supports the artist as I have purchaesd all of The Smiths CD's and have many Vinyl singles. The same with Moz.

I made the request after doing a QUICK search to see where I could purchase it.

Now I was able to find a user selling a used copy of it for $30, which I probably would not buy, but in the same breath a user selling it for $30 does not give proceeds to the artist either.
