Anyone heard of them before? They have an album out called
'Betcha Bottom Dollar'.

Yes, I've heard of them...unfortunately...

They annoy the hell out of me.

Well, that was different. I could listen to them do Andrews Sisters covers for a long while, though; I love that shit.

No-one but The Smiths can perfect Smiths songs.

If I was in a band, I would give the songs the dignity of not ever even attempting to cover them.

Quite possibly the lamest cover i ever heard!

If you wanna hear a good Smiths cover check out Noel Gallaghers cover of There Is A Light, it's available on Youtube!

An interesting and original cover of the song, how may times have you heard a song like that done in a 1940s-style close harmony vocal interpretation. A lot more exciting then trying to be a note perfect carbon copy of morrissey and marr.

I agree it was interesting and brave, but to echo the words of the chap up there who thinks like me; it was fucking awful.

I like innovative and "different" cover versions... but that was just awful :tears:

I call covers like this "originality for the sake of originality"
