On Sunday, just before the doors opened or thereabouts in time. Not by the Fillmore, just some fans, 2 people had a zip lock baggie of them and handed them out down the line.

I was up near the front so I don' know how many they had, so maybe if you were in the rear more, they ran out. :(

The people that do the Louder Than Bombs monthly Moz/Smith night handed them out in Sparks, NV, also.

I am still upset that I didn't get my Fillmore poster (on my birthday, thank you) because they "ran out" thanks to the thugs who nabbed 3 each to sell on ebay for $60+ apiece. I just wanted the memento I was due to receive. You'd think there'd be limits as there are for seemingly everything else.
