Don't know who took it, but it's from the 1999 Coachella festival. If you go to their official website, it's in the 1999 photo gallery.

Yes that photo is 8 years old, so the credit would be ther.e Actually each photo in the pro section doesnt have credits. But it is one of these people. So go hunting.
