Umm- I just woke up about 10 minutes ago. I think my big decision today is where will I be watching football today.

:D

For the record, while nothing is a suitable replacement for bacon I would welcome veggie sausages as regular sausages leave one with too much of a heavy feeling after breakfast (at least for me) when eating them.

While I was in San Diego I had a chile powder version of steak and eggs that was amazing. Steak, eggs and soft nachos had a nice kick with the chile powder mix running through. Maybe try that with the veggie sausages if you like hot stuff.

Sounds good, minus the steak. :D If it were up to me, I'd always make my eggs huevos rancheros style, but the rest of the family would have none of that. Instead, Tabasco is my lifesaver.

Franks just won some taste test that I read last month, maybe in Cooks Illustrated. I say nuts to that--I don't want sweet, I want savory & vinegary, dammit! Although I have to say that Franks was pretty decent when I stirred it into some shitty oatmeal at a catered breakfast a few weeks ago. (I eat oatmeal with salt, pepper, & hot sauce, not syrup & brown sugar.)

They make a solid wing sauce and I do buy the Franks lime sauce for chicken when I making quesedillas or other mexican dishes. Gives it a lighter feeling with the lime.

I only cook though on days I did not work so aside from weekends the next time I prepare something will be Christmas vacation.

I am typing a narrative plot for my film that I have to make for my Media Studies course...it is sounding better than my original ideas. It is a psychological thriller in which someone's guilty conscience is represented in the form of another character...anyway when I have done I shall type it up here for those interested to read it.

no, i prefer to do it at night 'cause i'm always in a rush in the morning, kewpie (i usually sleep in ), so if i don't do it before i go to bed, it doesn't get done.

But then don't you wake up with an automatic 5 o'clock shadow?

Someday I'll have to shave a bit more often; the beard's starting to come in rather more grey than reddish-brown this year. As for the attentions of the office women, I don't have to worry about that--I'm a programmer. I have a stereotypical image to uphold.

So accurate, except that I don't wear glasses or have a full beard & 'stache.

It is such bullshit isn't it? How ridiculously bad you react to it. I "quit" (only bummed 1 or 2 while drinking, but never smoked while sober or bought a pack) for about 6-7 months. (I started smoking 9 years ago.) I started up again smoking for real at the NYC Moz gigs actually. I was so filled with nerves over the whole thing I just smoked like crazy. So I'm trying to quit again. I smoked 3 while wasted on Saturday but other than that, haven't smoked for 11 dayS.

It sucks!

Lesson learned: DON'T SMOKE!!!!!

Even with the 3 on Saturday, 11 days is awesome! Good job, smokey! ;) Keep it up! :)
I wish I never started again because quitting seems harder each time. I used to not smoke for days at a time and if someone asked me, I'd be like "oh shit, I forgot to smoke" LOL..so I decided to quit like 3 years back. It lasted for around 5 months but then I got a Shore house in Point Pleasant and NJ still allowed smoking in bars at that point. (that's done now, right?) Damn that Jenkinson's bathroom attendant and his free cigarettes at the sink! And so I grubbed one, it became 4...and when I stumbled on home, I smoked more. I've been stinking of cigarettes ever since.
I just got myself all psyched to quit. Like I said...made it 4 days and ended up with a patch on my arm, chewing that nasty ass nicorette gum with a cigarette hanging from my mouth. haha! I did however get a nice buzz out of it!:D

No probs,I'm a dab hand at the ironing.I'll even do the shirts of "the man who must not be mentioned" .At least,he'll have crisp, pressed shirts to thank me for.

Seems a fair swap , don't you think ?

Bugger,just spilled my coffee...(that's NOT a euphemism,by the way)

Does his name start with a d and end in an h? Or does it start with an M and end in a y? ;)

Make sure you don't spill your coffee on the comp, that's nasty. I always spill my coffee, that's why I put my mug on a tray. (Precautions....)

Can spilling coffee be a euphemism where you live? For what?

...d...(oh,i can't bear to spell it out) ...it's tooooo hardbreaking..:(

As for the "M man",I'll be ironing all his shirts(and there's LOADS of them)for the upcoming tour. He's a hard task master, that man."Iron, iron, iron!" "Get those creases out" on and on and on he goes so I do my best then what does he do? He throws those lovely ironed shirts away! Ah well,it gives me a job ,i suppose.

As for spilling coffee,I think I've just made a new euphemism (all my own work too :) )

MWAHHHHHH,spy girl extra ordinaire ;)

Okay, I understand your feelings, let's just forget about the d-guy! :D

Do you really think there's someone who irons Mozza's shirts? Sometimes I get the impression that he just unpacks the shirts, puts them on, sweats buckets in them and then throws them away. I don't think that kind of sweat can be washed at all.

Could you please share the meaning of your euphemism with the less bright minds too?

Then draw a curtain on this scene I shan't reveal

Some things are too personal
Too intimate to spill
And gentlemen don't speak of them
And this one never will

I wasn't very conversational
Except to say that, "You're sensational"
Friends now regard me with indulgent smiles
But when I start to speak they run for miles

Dig deep and you'll see mine,Alfie.
I'm still searching for yours.

"There will be days when you must go from my sight
There may be nights when clouds deny us starlight
Only time will tell us
I hope that it speaks gently if it isn't meant to be
Then again
By then we might not be listening so attentively

I will be there
If the days bring torments and trials
To close the distances only measured in miles
I long to hold you all through the night
And to tell you
"My Darling, you make everything seem right"
And then I'll hear you calling in my name
And I'll answer
"My Darling, I may be your man"
