I'm being harassed. What can I do?

I just joined the forum and after only a few posts I'm being harassed by the user "oh my god, it's robby". He sent me a harassing PM and keeps calling me names for no reason in posts.

Is there anything i can do? I'm new and i'm not sure how things work. But I did not join a forum to be bullied! Help please!
