Pardon my redundancy if this has been suggested before, but I think there should be a forum to help and welcome new comers on this site. It's better to prevent ignorance on this site rather than ridicule it. Does anybody feel the same?

If you can make it thru the subscription process you probably know everything you need to know to have yourself some flamewars, get trolled, post redundant threads, be put on people's ignore list, report lots of posts and do all the other fun things people do here :)

Mmmh, not sure about it.
I registered a few accounts without reading all the rules, conditions etc to enter the forum in a short time. I usually don't read all that boring stuff when I join forums, but that's just me, I know I ought to.
