i have a guilty secret.
i have been coveting a radiohead song.
over the past decade and a bit, and having steadfastly refused to buy any radiohead records, i'm still standing strong.
however, i have an itch which must be scratched and for some reason can't get their song 'high and dry' (i'm assuming thats what its called...) out of my head. i dont really want to go out and buy the whole album, so maybe someone here could do me the service of posting the song?
i realise this might open the flood gates. itunes don't do radiohead or i might have coughed up 79p by now.
i am yours.

Speaking of Radiohead, i saw a video of theirs a couple of weeks ago which i didn't quite understand. i can't remember the song title but the video wa sof a man lying on the pavement and people were asking him why. when he told them they too all fell to the ground and were lying there. what is the meaning to it?

That's the video for 'Just', don't think it has a meaning, just designed to be frustrating! Really like that one, Thom's still trying to be a 'rock star'

I own all their albums and must admit they are rarely played. I doubt if I've listened to the last 3 records more than twice each.

I think Radiohead are an amazing band. Such passion and energy. And Ok Computer really is one of the best albums of all time.

The man is refusing to get up off of the sidewalk and nobody can understand why. Then he tells them the reason and they all give up and lie down, too. It seems obvious that he knows something that makes life futile and all around him life goes on because they don't know. I like that although it's sort of dark, it also is funny. The idea that you could communicate a thought like that, something so terrible that everyone would just lay down and die, that makes me laugh. :p
