Ok, something very, very strange happened in the galaxy last night.
I was in a chat room I usually frequent but, not really talking a lot b/c I was surfing & working on other websites. Now, mind you too, my photo is posted in their gallery there but, the photo is from 2004. Ok, so, this man, asks me if he can PM me. I thought, oh not another cyberer & I was hesistant. Well, we ended up talking & guess what? We ended up talking on the damn phone until 1:20am, my time!!! (that means it was 6:20am his time) OMG......OMG.....I am so like "Over the Wall" now. When we officially got off the phone, it was 12:10am. Then, just as I was starting to drift off to sleep the phone rang about 5 minutes later! I thought at first it was my brother or something b/c I'm worried about a sick parent. However, it was him! OMG. In total, we talked for 4 freakin' hours on the phone! I can't believe he called me either, meaning, that he actually spent money to call me. And NO there was no phone sex or anything. He's very "easy" to talk to, if you know what I mean. The only strange thing is that he's from the UK & I'm a yank. 2) He's "retired" at 48. 3) He LOVES the freaking Bunnymen! OMG....When he told me that that was one of his most favorite bands I almost fainted.

I have got to step-off though & be mature. I can't get in over my head even though, he did ask me to dinner & a drive around the countryside when I come over to the UK in November. Hell, he even asked me to come NOW & forget November. I can't let this all get to my head though.

Keep me in your good thoughts people b/c as you all know, I'm looking for love. I'm going to take it slow & see where this new friendship will take me. He did though, say some very, very sweet things to me last night & likewise, look how long we talked & how he called me! He gave me his numbers & background information too, which was cool. He also did not puke about my photos & he's seen mine on my myspace profile too.

Bottom line though, he's phoning me again tonight!!! I can't wait, actually.

So, we'll see....I just don't want to become "disappointed"...

hmm, well honestly, i wouldnt get my hopes up. especially if youre not even gonna be on the same continent until november. and people are never EXACTLY the same in person as they are on the internet or phone. not that hes being dishonest about who he is, things are just...different. and the longer you go on having a strictly phone/internet relationship, the more time you have to idealize a person and make them out to be what you think they are in your mind. which obviously, isnt how theyre going to be in real life.

I feel bad complaining cuz the actual work i do is not hard. but they keep making my schedule worse and worse. when i first started working here, i was doing a regular 8-5 M-F schedule. then they put me on overnight M-Th. and nowwww, they changed it to over night Sun-Wed!! Which i realize is the same amount of days, but i dont wanna work sundays, that totally fucks up weekends, geeeeez. :mad:

all signs are REALLY starting to point to me moving out of my freakin parents house, moving to the city, and finding a new job and ....god forbid BEING RESPONSIBLE and not fuck up living on my own again.

gahh, its just last time i moved out, i just...was so stupid and was so irresponsible and i had to move back home. and ive gotten used to it, but its been almost a year now, i gotta start moving forward. and its easy living at home, but i know sooner or later i gotta be a big girl. hmmph. im grumpy now :(
