I could marry just bread on it's own, it would have to be really good bread, though. I don't really like the ol' sandwich idea.
There's some champagne Marmite in the back of the kitchen cupboard, I don't really see the point Marmite has such a strong flavour I doubt you'd be able to taste anything else.

Yes, sleep/rest a lot. And don't get out of bed when you think you're feeling better, stay in bed at least one more day before going back to work/school.
Have some Aspirin or something for the fever.

I have a fever atm, I'm sweating like a pig and everybody else in the house is freezing  steroids are helping my cough and wheezing though :)
I had to phone in sick to work tonight (it's only part-time and the company is closing down anyway), and then I felt really guilty because there's so few staff, but really if I had gone in I would not have been able to do my job. I got some Uni offers though, which I'm pleased about :)
What happened to Mark Speight creeps me out more than his girlfriend's death...I used to watch 'Smart' all the time when I was a kid.

''Hello is Mr **** [my Uncle] in?"
"Sorry, he is at work right now *starts to cough*, can you *cough, cough* call back *coughs rapidly* at 5 o'clock *coughs* please"
'How old are you? Is that a smoker's cough?'
"No I don't *coughs* smoke, I'm *coughs uncontrollably* 17 and I have a *cough* chest infection, can you call back *cough, cough* later"
'I'd see a doctor if I were you'
"I already *coughs* have, please call back later *coughs violently*"
"But if you....
*hangs up*

I got in a literal shouting match with a coworker last night. which is very unlike me, im usually much more passive aggressive. but i just couldnt take it. so i flipped out on him for 5 minutes, then told him to shut up and not talk to me. he obviously doesnt have much experience with wimmen cuz after 5 minutes, he was like "are you still mad?" i was like "yes, its only been 5 minutes!!!" duhhh.

BEWARE: FLIGHT SPOILER!!!!!!
There's no literal Morrissey reference in it, but it's fun to imagine in analogy that Morrissey is Bret and Jermaine together and that his stage acts are going completely unnoticed by people while in the meantime he's fucking up (but not really fucking up) by throwing televisions out windows by accident and eating nuts from the mini bar while also being swindled by water polo ladies while being managed by a man who so desperately wants to just be part of the band. And also the part about singing to mermaids while wondering if they like smoking seaweed. (So funny.)
As a literal analogy Morrissey is sort of stalked by not one but TWO people named Mell. :D

Well, late is stretching credulity somewhat. Nothing worse than offering someone comforting soothing words only for them to turn around and chastise you for not quite accurately describing the true level of that person's painful experiences. How rude!!!

I love Sapporo, esp with sushi. You have me curious as to what kind of trouble Bass Ale gets you into. I hope you don't mean on the internutz. ;)
My nose is running. Better catch it. *groan*:p
I've discovered some kids toys (play kitchen, dollhouse) in my dirty basement and am outside hosing them down. A bit cold out to be using the garden hose. *wipes nose*
It's 92deg outside but I still went grocery shopping and turned on the A/C, and bought CANDY (well, other, nutritious things as well....:o) Kit's happy as she got some tunafish. My god, this three musketeers is heaven....Now I'm going to see if there's some Lifetime crap on. (when I SHOULD be cleaning my house!)

The very same and yes it was great, even thought I was up in the rafters.:)
Have you had a nice day?
It would have been great to see that, though the rafters isn't the best place, i agree. I haven't been to the Theatre in ages and something like that would have been perfect.
I have had a good day. Did nothing, but sloth holds no fears for me..:)

He's a bit of a hypochondriac. If I had a dollar for every time he's gone to the ER for something or other...:o Once, only a few days after I had my baby & major surgery myself, while I was nursing her...he thought he was having a heart attack. He called 911...but decided he didn't want them coming up to the apartment (too embarrassing) so he decided to walk a few blocks to the hospital himself.

Congratulations, Joy!! :guitar: Now you can focus on work instead of that pesky election stuff. :p My girlfriend in South Carolina was just accepted to a school to get her degree. She's had to take some really tough pre-req classes. As if going back to school when you're older isn't hard enough...
Thanks, I'm so excited. I'm glad the election is over, have lots of free time again. Plus I'm finally feeling better which is great.

Well, there goes any chance of air play for the first single off the new album (should, God forbid, an attack actually happen).
Which proves that a) I need to get out more and b) violent human beings suck.
