I went on Monday for some root planing...NICE!...it truly was as awful as it sounds...they kinda pull your gums back from your teeth and then take a plane thingy to the roots....it's fair to say I have had less painful experiences...like giving birth to a 10lb baby!...which was a walk in the park by comparison!

So whatever happens to you today can't possibly be anymore grim that that I guess...good luck!

I have to say that I've never had an unplesant experience at the dentist. I know people usually remember only the most horrific experiences but don't forget that there are good ones too! :)

It wasn't too bad in that they did numb my mouth first...but the injections hurt like crazy! The amazing thing is that afterwards you couldn't even tell they had done anything...I expected my mouth to look like something from a horror film...but nothing...just nice clean pearly whites! I had a horrible experience with a dentist once (well actually several times, but this one was the worst). She was working in my mouth during 3 hours by the end of which my throat was sore for having been dry for so long. The treatment itself was very painful and the injection didn't help a lot, because after about 1 hour it's effectss disappeared. Plus she used zinc-chlorid on my gums, to which I'm allergic, and I ended up with one side of my mouth and lips swollen. I looked normal on one side and like Goldie Hawn on the other! :eek:

that Mama is brilliant live, boz and the new guy get a wee drum each and drum like nutters at the end of the song at the front of the stage, Matt is still druming when this is going on, good times.

I don't think they're photoshopped out; some chaps have sufficient loose plumskin to be able to haul their burden out of view, at least while they're not seriously aroused, while other's don't. Not that I've done a survey.

No, not really. You make a yoghurt-based marinade and soak the meat in it for a few hours or an entire night. And then you cook it in the oven, over a bed of onions. (If you actually say that....:o)
