I say this cuz my computer, well old one we just got rid of, crashed twice and I had to redownload concerts and save Moz pics all over again...all 1000+!!! So I hope your computer ends up being ok and have a minor set back.

I've had Vista for months, still in the packaging. A case of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. But now it seems broke, so....:confused:

I would advise against it. I got a new PC in January and everything was working great. Then my Vista upgrade arrived. It takes a long time to install and then installation failed twice. This is all brand new licensed official etc. There should be no problem. Well apparetnly the Vista installation, while failing, also got rid of some essentials I need for XP. When I tried to reinstall XP, it worked, but my configuration is messed up and I haven't had the ability to play sound for a couple of months. Every time I try to fix it, I can' only work on it for so long as it is very frustrating. I hear of no advantages to Vista that would make any difference to me anyway. I just wanted the latest thing.

I wish I had left it alone. When I called the company, I said "I tried to upgrade to Vista" and the joker on the phone cut me off saying "That was your first mistake, haha".

I would definitely wait.

Only outdoor festival I'm planning to go is Ben & Jerry's summer sundae in July.
It's a bargain to see some bands (Ordinary Boys, Proclaimers, Holloways etc) plus free unlimited B&J ice cream for £7.50 plus postage per person.
Last year I got cold when I was in Rome which made me unable to eat ice cream.

Only outdoor festival I'm planning to go is Ben & Jerry's summer sundae in July.
It's a bargain to see some bands (Ordinary Boys, Proclaimers, Holloways etc) plus free unlimited B&J ice cream for £7.50 plus postage per person.
Last year I got cold when I was in Rome which made me unable to eat ice cream.
Look forward to sample new flavour. :)

Measles is more serious than chicken pox. I've had the measles jab, and I've had chicken pox, so I'm just hoping it's not...I really can't be ill next week!

Virtie, the tab I was talking about is for Guitar Pro, a program which is worth trying (you can download the demo version here http://www.guitar-pro.com/en/index.php?pg=download and if you like I'll upload the full software). I like this software because you can hear the right way to play the tab, and usually there's not only the guitar but all the instruments, and you can hear a midi of the song. Plus loads of other things.

Well, it happened to me, so don't give up hope! it was before he was properly famous though. Apparently not, although Sandie did write a song about him, which I don't have copy of, I'm afraid. 'A Girl Called Johnny' is supposedly something to do with Patti Smith and (I think) Scott Walker. Mr Marr's tiny feet still come to mind though..... :D
