Enough with all the mean spirited attacks here. Lets talk off topic for a second. Does anybody on the board truly love bacon? I'm talking either well done or lightly cooked? I know it's probably taboo here, but you can answer with a fake name if you don't feel comfortable admitting that you like this wonderful meat. Many people enjoy this delight but dare not admit it. I smile with delight every time I'm in a restaurant and see someone order a side of bacon with their order. It's American. I bet Morrissey would love bacon if he never tried it. it tastes fabulous when it's cooked well done.

He used to eat a lot of bacon sandwiches before he went veggie. He had a 'bacon fetish'. I like it crispy.

The only bacon he'd probably like now is Sir Francis Bacon. In "Morrissey In His Own Words" he mentions that the last time he ate meat was bacon when he had a fetish for bacon sarnies back in good ol' 74. Just as he stopped being a meat-eater, the first McDonald's chain opened up in Blighty.

Go figure.

I used to love meat, but it's beginning to make me sick.

If you cook it, that stops.

Hey there Abe!

I love those pics as well. [sigh] I still love the Cure. Horribly unfashionable, I know, but I do. They're a great band; haven't been topped yet in the pop-gothic department. God, that's a terrible label ("pop-gothic") I just made up.
