My wife got me into the Pixies about a year ago, and just recently into some of Kim Deals stuff with the Breeders. I am having a hard time sampling their music. On amazon they dont offer a clip of tracks for them. Any ideas?

They're nowhere near as good as the Pixies but worth a listen anyway. Buy "Pod" and you won't be too disappointed. If that's your bag you'd probably like "The Real Ramona" by Throwing Muses too.

I love The Breeders so, so much. "Pod" is wondrous, and is definitely one of my favourite records of all time. Doe and Happiness is a Warm Gun are just two examples of their aural brilliance, for those who want to check them out. Kim Deal forever........x

Everything I bumped in this section in my fit of insomnia in the wee hours this morning contains a download. :D

I found a really good blog full of stuff that isn't commercially available and thought I'd spread the love while I was combing through it for myself. ;)
