really? i saw them at SXSW, and granted, i was half asleep by that point, but the only people in the audience rocking out were a couple of rock chick groupies who were trying to draw attention on their own.
now that i think about them, i've gotta laugh. when a band like this has groupies, they've got the ones with camisole tops and miniskirts like you see in 80's music videos, but Morrissey gets the ones that travel in packs with matching t-shirts and cuckoo fanzine editors with lots of money.
i guess it could be worse. he could have Andy Rourke's groupie. yes, groupie singular.
