Ok, i have been coming to this site for quite some time now because i am a Morrissey fan, and have been since 1983. Thats the boring stuff over with.

Can someone give me a sensible answer to this question....
What is all this hatred between freeyourself@ and several others on this board? Whilst i read the posts and then the reply, i cannot understand what the hatred is all about.
So a person wants to dress like, and have his hair cut like his hero is that such a crime? should it be used as a tool for ridicule?
Should photo's be doctored to make him look stupid?
Should we be constantly bragging about how many tickets we have for the upcoming tour? (I consider myself a big fan, i have all the records and cd's,and yes i would love to be seeing him live, but i have commitments, which means i can't pay the prices that the scummy touts on e-bay demand.)
I think not. We are a small group of Morrissey fans who come here to exchange views, not hurl insults. I thank all who have posted shows on here and even the few who have sent me DVD's of various shows for nothing in return. We should start to act like a community of fans, not threaten violence in every other post. Is it any wonder Morrissey hates this site with all that goes on?
Please lets grow up and use this forum for what it's intended for.

yes- i hold the same view. However i marvel at your ability to follow it all, for there have been so many name changes. i've got to the point where i only read posts made by people i know are sensible.

I totally agree also. It is a shame to see this once great website being degraded by the likes of this freeyourself character and posters like Broken etc. I do see peoples point sometimes though about him, I mean it is pretty weird to wera a tshirt like this:

as you're the one trolling fys you would say that. the real pic has a skinhead on the t shirt, your version is rubbish. no one really has anything on fys here, anything you say about him is just petty insults or mock outrage, hoping to be seen as the voice of reason.
the post starting this thread is from a server.ntli.net ip address, the same ip server that half of the posts trolling fys come from, so i think this whole thread was started to attack freeyourself.

Yes it was started from an NTL address because thats who my isp is. if you search for my previous posts you will find that i have no axe to grind with anyone on this site. It was merely posted as an observation.In fact i would go as far as to say i have a certain amount of sympathy with FYS as he seems to put up with a large amount of the mud slinging that goes on here.
Please dont tar us all with the same brush.

And I should also add that whilst I can defend freeyourself to some extent, that disgusting shirt he is wearing (the 'bear' one) is simply inexcusable. His kind shouldn't flaunt that kind of thing in public.
