Hope to see lots of you there!
I should hopefully be recieving some free stuff this week to give away on the night, I'll confirm as soon as I can as to what they are.
Do you have any requests?

I'm up that neck of the woods in a few weeks, for a union conference. Could you suggest any decent places to go drinking in the evening? Good music, beer etc

Pubs in centre of town for the cool indie kids include
Tilleys
The Forth
The Head of Steam
The Telegraph
All of which form a crawl
On the outskirts or for those in the know, go to
The Free Trade
The Tyne
The Cluny
The Tanners
Another crawl
Maps and directions are on my website in the pub/venue bit.
Why not pop along to The Tanners on a Thursday, I'll stick a few tracks on for you and the bands are always good.

Thanks. I am hardly a "Cool Indie Kid", I am a 36 year old Morrissey, Jacques Brel, Rufus Wainwright, Elvis Presley, 60's Soul loving kid. And all the better for it!
Thanks for the info, I will try to persuade my fraternal comrades to pop along with me. Can't do the Thursday, as I'll be back in Manchester then.
