Sorry to be so picky, but what disability is caused by a bad diet?

Heart Disease, Kidney Failure requiring dialysis treatment to name but two.
A disability does not mean you require ect or a wheelchair for the rest of your living.

Maybe the third answers your question. Diabetes too is on the increase which is often a result of obesity in childhood due to a bad diet.

I would think a diet poor in good nutrients would also contribute to 'the stupid,' something that is quite common in this country.

Yes, a survey last year proved schoolchidren given supplements of cod liver oil capsules, rich in vitamins a,c and e were more alert and gained better results in examinations.

I know this is not vegetarian, but obviously the vitamins played a major part too as well as the omega oils gained from fish oil. I wonder if there is a major difference in taking vits in pill form, as opposed to from the source.

I would probably think so, somehow.

I would hate to have to take my cod liver oil directly from the source, though. ;-) That would make us all vegetarians. The better part of this answer is about "the sexy and sharp people of Estonia", I think. Anyway, these answers were all very entertaining this time, weren't they?

The source being fish oil of course, but yes, thank you for being so problematic. You knew what was meant in the first place, unlike the the cod who never seen it coming.

Pills versus food source was my question and I think it has been well established more nutrients are gained from eating the source rather than the man made substitute.

I find little entertaining nowadays.

;-) You may be giving me too much credit! Smarter than a fish is quite a compliment around here, thank you.

I do think that there are studies showing that many people can't digest the nutrients found in commercial "vitamins". Then other studies show that there is no difference. Like any other study it depends who pays for it. I personally don't take vitamins but I do eat lots of spinach!

That's a shame. It may be the weather. Hope you find something that amuses you very soon.
