Rephrasing of Morrissey question re: 'Girl Interrupted' (ignore mindless babble in thread below...)

In the film 'Girl, Interrupted' a 45 is played during a tragic scene. The song (although sung by another vocalist) is the same one sampled by Morrissey & used in the intro to "I've Changed My Plea To Guilty".

Does anyone know what song it is?
