Is Morrissey a tall bastard or is it just Johnny Marr's a midget making Moz look like a basketball player?
I heard a rumour Marr's only 5"5! that would, on my visual calculations make Moz 5"9?
Sad request, but height matters I think?

I know Moz is about 5'11", and Johnny about 5'7". I saw a clip of Moz hugging Bono (who I know for sure is 5'8" coz I've been next to him once) and it confirmed this info. Moz often claims he's 6' but it's known that he's not that tall.

Johnny Marr is a bit on the wee side. He stood next to me in HMV once (I don't think I've ever metioned that...) and he was about the same height - I'm 5'6"

So, I reckon Speed is right, Moz does look about 5'10" or 11". Sadly, he has never stood next to me in a record shop for me to size him up, as it were...

Sounds about right...

Johnny is about 5'6"
Morrissey is about 5'11"

I have stood next to them both a couple times for pictures when I have met them. They are both very polite people.

Keep in mind that shoes make a bit a of difference...

I'd put Morrissey at 5' 11" maybe 6 foot (this has all been discussed at length before!) after meeting him.. and making a size comparison on eye contact.

Rourkey must be about 5 8"? (what do you think Blue)

Still yet to do a Marr and Joyce personal measurement.

Yeah, I reckon that's about right. Certainly no taller than that. He was sitting down when I was sizing him up that time in FAB, tho'.

Mind you, I did drunkenly approach him in South a few years back. I wasn't in a mental state to estimate his height at that point. I was having trouble maintaining my own, if yer know what I mean...
