You always like to break good news, don't you Johnny? At first when I read the post I thought it was a new Morrissey lyric... anyway, although I don't think he ever admitted his guilt, I just have this funny feeling he was guilty. No loss indeed, but the police shouldn't have let this happen... he's escaped justice in a sense...

I must admit I seldom watch TV but I did watch a documentary about this man and what he did was evil beyond belief.
We all know that one day Moz will write a song about him. Trust me.:)

Why has he been allowed to hang himself ? No justice there for hundreds upon hundreds of people.

I would have thought he would have been on 20 minute "suicide watch".He was never going to see the light of day again so was a prime contender for an early bath.....so to speak...

an early bath...hehe.

The council must have loved him. Whenever there was a shortage of flats in South Manchester they just sent Shipman round to bump off a free OAPs and create some space!

No, seriously he was an evil man and his body should be fed to hungry seagulls.

DAMN IT!!!!

I've just thought of that.

It's interesting that a lot of people said the usual "they should bring back hanging for the likes of him" etc and now he is dead, the mutterings are he got off lightly by committing suicide and by doing so he will never have to live with his crimes etc. Never satisfied, some people.

Maybe the such bring back capital punishment only for people who kill over 200 people or more. THEN they should be used as Meals on Wheels and fed to pensioners at Christmas.
