Chicago tickets already on sale? WTF!

Ok, I was just looking up information on Morrissey tickets for the Chicago date and found this. How the hell can this ticket broker already have seating assignments for this show? The presale hasn't even taken place. If this is true, it makes me angry that places like these get "dibs" on tickets before anyone else does...

It's a aftermarket ticket broker/scalper/tout that is selling something that he/she assumes they will obtain when the official on-sale date occurs. Avoid at all costs.

I'm going to be online with ticketmaster at the 10 am mark for tomorrow's presale...what do you think the chances of getting within the first 10 rows? I had a fifth row ticket for his last Chicago show, but I purchased it from someone from Ebay.
