What video is being projected during "I'm Not a Man"?

i dont know what the clip looks like as i havent seen him this tour but i do know a bunch of movies pretty well, is there any chance you could post a youtube vid of the song being performed so i could take a look at it. im willing to try and help
I only watched it once during last November's London O2 Arena gig.
It seems either French or Italian film shot in late 50s to early 60s.
I thought Jean-Paul Belmondo and Jeanne Moreau might be in the film.
I knew they worked together twice around that time (Moderate Cantabile and Une Femme est une femme), but these films aren't the film which had been shown.
In the film there was a boy who looked 8-10 years old, but I didn't recognise him.

It could be Les Tricheurs directed by Marcel Carne, but I haven't watched it yet.

Not sure, but with all the men rolling over each other on the bed at the beginning of the clip, whatever it is, it's pretty gay . Sorry, I mean humasexual.
