Pen for autograph

Morrissey coming to visit my country next week and I think it's a good opportunity to catch him for an autograph. I want to sign him on my The Queen Is Dead Vinyl. What kind of pen and in what color do you think will suit the best on it?

If he does, anything with a bright shade would look good on the dark cover?....
