...Silliest thing I have saw this year ( NOT available on Youtube, sorry) was:-
While waiting in my doctors surgery the other morning for an appointment, an old man came in, absolutely Drenched with rain..and in his hand, he had a "Fold up" umbrella, completely dry, in a plastic carrier bag......
