Ignoring the fact that I am totally guilty of being an elitist dick and also don't really know if you're being facetious, I FUCKING LOVE Pop-Punk. I just typically prefer it a little (or a lot) grimier, drunker and sloppier.

Granted, my definition of what constitutes "Poppy" music, particularly within the realm of Punk, might be too broad for some people's standards, specifically those who like to believe Pop Punk isn't, like, awesome... But, when you think about it, most Punk music is in fact just sped-up and distorted Pop and Garage Rock songs anyway.

Don't think I'll cry if you hate all that shit, and don't think I expect an essay in return or anything...

I've just started yoga. It does help me sleep unwind between triple 12 hour night shifts.
Distractions work best for me if I'm stressed.

Music always has relaxed me but since it always gets me worked up, excited or ill [depending on the music] it's not the best answer.
Sometimes it has no effect one me at all.
