I was referring to the sendspace download not the youtube video. 30 Frames per second is not progressive 1080p is 1920x1080 60 frames per second

and i also checked the youtube video info and that also is not 1080p so yes apparently youtube either doesn't know the difference or just lumps all 1080 resolution video in the 1080p category.
