There is a good quality one on the bootleg Dreams i ll never see from Utrecht Holland around 1992

It may have changed, but the best version used to be on the I'm A Poet bootleg from the Boulder Colorado show.

Don't know how to upload, but happy to send the MP3 to anyone who wants to PM me. It's 10.8MB. or can zip to 7.3 for the Colorado version. Alternatively the one from 'Born To Hang' is 3.4MB for anyone who can't download large files
