So while coming here today, I slipped on the sidewalk and this one armed guy laughed at me. My response was to looking at him and say something like:
I can't believe you are laughing at me.
He then looked at me all stricken and stuff and said something about losing his arm serving his country.
So I said something about how stupid that was of him.
I mean I served my country too, but I did not lose my arm doing so, I do not know exactly why that made me feel I had the right to make fun of the one armed guy, but I did, it just popped out.
Now I am wondering what was worse of me, making fun of his patriotism or handicap

It could be argued that they are the same thing in the United States and America.

fail.If I can barely manage to listen to you when you speak, how can I be expected to carefully read every post in a thread before I reply to it?

I don't know, to me, that sounds like a personal problem you might want to seek medical help for...

Patriotism does not have a four year shelf life.
