Can you educate me on how to use this?

You need a smartphone.
Then you install a program that reads QR Codes.
The program uses the camera on your phone to read the QR Code, so you just open the program, point the camera and see what happens.

Peter - do you have a larger version of your tag? My iphone's camera can't deal with the closeup.

I've seen these in newspapers before, for websites (I think) or maybe free gifts.. who knows..
