I'm honour-bound to add that Big Hard Excellent Fish was a Pete Wylie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pete_Wylie)/ Josie Jones project (aka The Mighty Wah!) and has naff-all to do with Jake Walters (who got a credit on the inlay), and the track was credited to "Walter/ Jones/ Way" (sic). I don't think there was sufficient attention to detail when the DVD was being put together.
