One of my favorite Smiths songs! It's got to be in my top five. In Severed Alliance it states that Marr thought it was one of their most underrated songs. How do the rest of you feel?

I don't know, i find that songs like "disco dancer" and "panic" serve Morrissey better. When Moz is in his self-loathing contemplation, you can pretty well be certain that the songs will all carry the same idea. However, when he is in the self-aware state you get more to nibble on. Moz's perceptions of the world around him seem far more profound to me than those of the world within him. After all, only one of the two truly exist.

it's all so sadly true,

This is my favorite Smiths song, and I almost cry when I listen, it's too perfect to believe

I challenge anyone to put up a better song against "Well I Wonder".
The beauty of this song is that is was never over-played. That is exactly what keeps this song the best.

To single out Smiths songs as which are the best, is an impossible job.
